mah (Turtle board layout data)

The Turtle board geometry in packages/engine-mahjong (src/layout.ts) was transcribed from the "Turtle" entry in the mah project's board data (src/assets/data/boards.json), which is MIT licensed. Source: https://github.com/ffalt/mah License: mah-layouts.LICENSE.txt (MIT) What was taken is the layout coordinates only — 144 tile positions across five layers. The upstream data is run-length encoded as nested [layer, [[y, [[x, count]]]]] arrays; it was decoded and rewritten in this repository's own row-per-line form, and the decoded result is asserted by tests in packages/engine-mahjong/src/index.test.ts (144 positions, per-layer counts of 87/36/16/4/1, no overlapping footprints, no tile floating above a gap). No code was vendored. Per OPK-36 the upstream Angular application is deliberately not used — only the board geometry, which is a description of a physical tile arrangement. The tile artwork is unrelated to this notice: it is served from the Opka CDN at /games/majhong and is covered separately. The eight seasons and flowers tiles were drawn in-house and carry no attribution obligation.
