Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This policy explains what information OPKA collects when you play, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to opka.com and every game we serve.
Information we collect
Account information. When you register we collect your email address, a display name, and your date of birth (used only to confirm you are old enough to hold an account). If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple we receive the profile identifier those services share.
Gameplay data. We record game sessions, moves, and scores so that leaderboards work and scores can be verified server-side for fairness.
Technical data. Like most websites we receive IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited in our server logs, which we use for security, rate limiting, and service health.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. Third-party advertising cookies are described below and are subject to your consent where required by law.
Advertising
OPKA is free to play and supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to serve ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites (personalized advertising), or non-personalized ads based on context alone.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before any advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time from the consent banner.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by Google at adssettings.google.com.
- Registered players can remove ads entirely with a one-time purchase once the feature is available.
How we use information
- Operate the games, accounts, and leaderboards you ask for.
- Detect cheating and abuse, and keep the service secure.
- Measure which games are popular so we can build better ones.
- Serve and measure advertising as described above.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers described in this policy (hosting, authentication, and advertising) or where the law requires it.
Children
OPKA offers classic card, dice, and puzzle games intended for a general audience. Accounts require a minimum age of 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@opka.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us; gameplay records are anonymized when an account is deleted.
Data retention and security
Account and gameplay data are retained while your account is active. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes. Data is stored with Google Cloud Platform in the United States and protected with industry-standard controls, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Changes and contact
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Questions? Email privacy@opka.com or see our contact page.
