Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These terms are a legal agreement between you and OPKA governing your use of opka.com and its games. By using the site you agree to them.
Who may use OPKA
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The service
OPKA provides free browser games including solitaire variants, dice games, and memory games, with optional accounts, scores, and leaderboards. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time. The service is supported by advertising; an optional paid upgrade to remove ads may be offered.
Fair play
Scores are validated server-side. You agree not to submit automated, fabricated, or manipulated results; not to use bots, scripts, or exploits; and not to interfere with the service or other players. We may remove scores, suspend accounts, or restrict access to protect the integrity of leaderboards.
Purchases
If you buy an optional upgrade such as ad removal, the price and what it covers are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Upgrades attach to your OPKA account and are not transferable.
Intellectual property
The classic game rules OPKA implements belong to everyone. The OPKA name, site design, software, and original content are owned by OPKA and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal entertainment.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPKA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $20 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using OPKA at any time and may request account deletion via our contact page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OPKA is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. See also our Privacy Policy.
